What is 3D Secure (Visa Secure)?
3D Secure is an additional authentication step that helps verify that it is you — the authorized cardholder — who is making the online transaction. When shopping online, you may be prompted to authenticate your purchase through a one-time passcode (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number or email address.

- No additional cost or registration required — you are automatically enrolled
How it Works:
- Shop online at merchants that display the Visa Secure logo.
- Enter your Citizens Bank Visa Card details as usual.
- If the transaction requires verification, a One-Time Passcode (OTP) will be sent to your registered contact.
- Enter the OTP to confirm your identity and complete your purchase securely.
